Seated really fast but it took forever for our waitress to take our order. Hostess had to go get our waitress to come out of the back to take our order. We also had to wait to pay because the waitress never come with our ticket . Register upfront did not work so they had to take my card to the back to ring it up . Sorry but I would not recommend this restaurant . It has great food but everything else needs work.

I love IHOP. I live near enough to this IHOP that I want to love this IHOP. Despite that bias, I do not love this IHOP. We were told there was a 15 minute wait. No problem, it’s a holiday; this is a city larger than just me; I’ll wait my turn. After roughly 35 minutes we were seated, no big deal, a mild inconvenience. After waiting at our table another 25 minutes we finally had someone come and take drink and food orders. So, with a “wait time of 15 minutes” we waited roughly an hour. The time between getting an order taken and the food appearing is a time period that I cannot yet quantify, as we are still waiting after an additional 20 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not here to bust service worker’s chops over estimated wait times. However, this whole part of the restaurant is effectively empty. I dunno what the kitchen has going on because I’m not clairvoyant. What I do know is that none of the tables are bussed yet and more people are leaving than are coming in. So, based purely on empirical data there is a problem. I want to come back here, but that probably won’t happen because this is not the first time this exact same thing has happened and “definition of insanity” and all that. TL;DR: We got effectively the same service while hungry and parked in the parking lot. We could get the same service and more food by wandering into the wooded area behind the restaurant and scavenging for nuts and berries.

Our server, Meryl, was great, but I was very put off when we first entered and the manager asked the African American man at the front if he wanted to “take three” and right in front of us rolled his eyes and said “no”. I have worked in the service industry and if I had been that blatantly rude in front of the customers then I would have been fired. I hope Meryl enjoyed her tip because I’m sure glad that it didn’t go to the other guy.

Tried the hamburgers that have been heavily advertised. Well, it was Amazing!!! Tasted like, what hamburgers used to take like...Beef! Bun was soft, not too much bread, burger was nicely grilled, still juicy. Got just the Classic burger to try it out, with crisp lettuce, a nice slice of tomato, and a slice of sweet onion, including dill pickles. Overall was really good, fries were unlimited for a limited time, they were a good compliment with the burger. If you want to know how a real hamburger should taste try one of these!

I work over night up the road about 3 mins from this location. We call up there about 3 times a week to order food. They never answer. Then get in the car to drive up there and there are no guest in the restaurant. Just last night i went by to see why they couldn't answer the phone, and one girl was asleep at the desk and the cook was hiding in the back. I thought the place was being robbed. I yelled out "HELLO"!!! very loudly to get some assistance, but no one answered. I walked all the way to the back, finally she woke up! They really need to close this location at night! If I could give them a zero rating, I would!
